How it Works:
Consultation:
There are multiple ways to gain residency and citizenship in any country. When you contact us to schedule a consultation, one of our expert Immigration Officers will explain the different options to find which fits you the best, based on your personal preferences and then what steps you need to take. Some factors include language, beliefs, dietary preferences, climate, social benefits (such as healthcare, transportation, or education) and work and retirement opportunities. We will ask if you need help with any step in the process and can also assist if you have already started the process.
After the initial consultation, we will send you a service agreement, schedule the Assessment and send you the invoice (about $110.00) for the Assessment fee.
Assessment:
After the consultation, we will schedule the Assessment and provide you with the various options for the process. They will explain the relevant options in detail, including what documents you need for each option.
The fee is about $27.00 per page of the application , including the application instructions, plus 5% of the submission fee (if any) for both Citizenship and Residency applications.
Costs for other or optional services are dependent on client specifications and will be included in a separate service agreement.
Application:
Once the Assessment is completed, we will begin the formal application process. We will provide you with the link for the official website (if applicable) of the agency for the applications.
You may be required to pay a submission fee before completing the application. We suggest that all clients pay any application fees directly through the official government site. Once the required fees have been paid we will complete and submit the application. You will then receive confirmation that the application has been submitted (this may be immediate or after several days depending on the specifics of the application, including country and application type).
Residency and Citizenship applications are frequently a multi-step process which require additional details or documents to be submitted within a specific period. (Such as a criminal history check, health certificate and proof that you can support yourself.)
We can assist you with submitting these documents as well.
Acceptance:
After the application and all required documents have been submitted, you should expect to receive the acceptance notification. This is different for every country and is usually between a few weeks or months.
You may be required to either take or post your passport to the inviting country’s embassy to receive your Visa (in the event of citizenship you may then apply for a passport). You will receive instructions usually along with the acceptance notification. You may be required to have your residency Visa before entering the country (not all countries require this).
Important Note: The Acceptance notification may be online, emailed or posted to your address, and you will need to contact us when you receive any email or post regarding your residency or citizen application.
Before you arrive, you may want to find housing, a job, school for your children, open a bank account, get or register for health insurance, or other services; we can assist you with these either before or after you arrive.
Examples:
Application fees for Permanent Residency and Citizenship are different for every country.
To apply for a permanent residency in Italy, you will need to stay in Italy for a period of 5 years or more (such as with a work or student Visa), pass a language test, have a clear criminal history, and be able to support yourself financially. The application fee is €176.46.
One of the least expensive ways to gain citizenship in the USA is the Diversity Visa Program (sometimes called the GreenCard Lottery). Last year’s application was 4 pages and instructions were 34 pages. This is free to apply, however registration is only open from early October to early November and will take about 2 years before being notified for acceptance. When an applicant is accepted, they will be required to pay an application fee of $330.00 per applicant, or may decline.
Many countries also offer citizenship or residency for family members, specialized workers, after serving military service for that country, or through investment.
Other costs may be required at the expense of the client for legal work, notarization, background checks, etc… and these are the responsibility of the applicant.
Finally all applicants must follow the processing schedule fees with Immigrate Global as required by the Personal Assessment Guide.
Other Help:
Residency Permits and citizenship may not include housing, insurance, transportation or other services. If you need assistance with these, or finding and registering for child schools, job placement, opening a bank account, contact us so we can help.
