How it Works:

Consultation:
When you contact us to schedule a consultation, you will speak with one of our expert Immigration Officers to determine your eligibility to work abroad. This includes identifying your job skills and training, industry and long term, short term or seasonal visas. We will ask if you need help with any step in the process and can also help if you started independently or with another agency.
Most countries require either you have skills which are in demand, special training or an employer who agrees to be your sponsor. We can help you find and apply for foreign jobs as well.
After the initial consultation, we will send you a service agreement, schedule the Assessment and send you the invoice (about $110.00 plus any headhunting, or sponsor search costs you request) for the Assessment fee.

Assessment:
After the consultation, we will schedule the Assessment and provide you with your relevant opportunities. This usually includes job applications, potential sponsors, setting up or investing in a local business.
The fee is about $55.00 per page of the application, including instruction pages, this applies to both work visas, job applications and business setup or investment, plus 7.5% of the submission fee (if any).
Costs for finding appropriate jobs, sponsors or employment are dependent on client specifications and will be included in a separate service agreement.

Application:
Once the Assessment is completed, we will begin the formal application process. Prerequisites such as finding a sponsor, registering a business, will be done before filing the application. We will provide you with the link for the official website (if applicable) of the agency for the applications.
Most modern countries usually have an option, or require, that the application be completed online through the appropriate government site. We suggest that all clients pay any application fees directly through the official government site, and we will then complete the form for you. You will then receive confirmation that the application has been submitted (this may be immediate or after several days depending on the specifics of the application, including country and application type.
This may be a multi-step process whereupon after the application is submitted additional details or documents are required. (Such as a criminal history check, university degrees or other details.)
Additionally, we can facilitate payment for a fee if absolutely required.
We will assist you with these additional steps as well.

Acceptance:
After the application has been submitted, you will receive the acceptance notification. This is different for every country and is usually between a few weeks or months.
You may be required to either take or post your passport to the inviting country’s embassy to receive the work Visa. You will receive instructions usually along with the acceptance notification. The work Visa is usually required upon entering the country.
Important Note: The Acceptance notification may be online, emailed or posted to your address, and you will need to contact us when you receive any email or post regarding your work Visa application.
At this point we would recommend that you prepare by finding housing, file for insurance, set up a bank account, and a cellular plan, and other services as needed. We can assist with this process as well.

Examples:
Canada offers a number of programs for work visas. Getting an open work permit in Canadian costs about CAD$100.00 and the application is about a few pages long. This type of permit does not require a sponsor.
Berlin Germany has a special permit for artists to work and live in berlin. These require a sponsor and the fee is less than €100.00. Applicants must also prove that they can support themselves while they are in Germany as well as some additional requirements.

Other costs may be required at the expense of the client for legal work, notarization, background checks, etc… and these are the responsibility of the applicant.
Finally all applicants must follow the processing schedule fees with Immigrate Global as required by the Personal Assessment Guide.

Other Help:
Work Visas generally do not include housing, insurance, transportation, bank account set up, cellular phone or other services. We can provide assistance for integration as well as changing your Visa type.
